I think that the best changes to make related to this would be to buff the speed of the TOG a bit and make turbo give a 2kph AND 5% bonus to forward and reverse speed. So, a 35kph/10kph tank would become 38.75kph/12.5kph; while a 70kph/20kph tank would become 75.5kph/23kph.
I use hardening and turbo, with spall liner in first slot (because I hate arty) , gives me 1690HP and 4.7sec reload.
And this TOG is having 60% WR in SEA server. ALL HAIL TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOG
Fast tanks can also benefit the turbocharger as well.

Last time I played my TOG (same exact build as QB, full repairs crew) I got hit by an M44 in Berlin 8 total times from full health to vehicle destruction. I messaged him after the battle and he was purely focusing me because I was in a TOG. Some people have no soul.
