The Tortoise in war Thunder is a British Tank Destroyer that's actually a break through tank that you can use as a Tank Destroyer.
It's basically a giant blob of cast metal with a 32 pounder sticking out of it that's a bit more resilient to things shooting at it than most. The only problem is, it's SLOW… really slow! Not so much in forwards and reverse. It just really doesn't like to turn around! 🙂
Some how, myself and Spookston managed to get a nuke each in it despite only playing 4 games in total. I guess it's going to 7.7 now! Hopefully not! 🙂

Yeh, the implementation of the skink is atrocious. I never take it in any lineup. The bosvark at 5.0 is a hundred times better, and is probably actually the only SPAA to use until the Falcon/ Chief Marksman.
